Issue
At 10:31am UTC, following a migration during the planned maintenance window, our platform monitoring detected a drop in agent traffic reaching the Contrast SaaS system.
Impact
- The majority of agent traffic is not reaching or being processed by the Contrast SaaS system: https://app.contrastsecurity.com.
- Contrast agents running in Protect mode continue to block malicious traffic and write events to their local security.log and any configured syslog integrations.
- No other traffic, such as user logins, is impacted.
- No other Contrast SaaS systems are impacted.
Status
- The Contrast response team is currently investigating the cause of the disruption.
- A further update will be provided at 2:00pm UTC.
