We’re reaching out to inform you of an ongoing issue impacting agent traffic to


At 10:31am UTC, following a migration during the planned maintenance window, our platform monitoring detected a drop in agent traffic reaching the Contrast SaaS system. 


  • The majority of agent traffic is not reaching or being processed by the Contrast SaaS system:
  • Contrast agents running in Protect mode continue to block malicious traffic and write events to their local security.log and any configured syslog integrations.
  • No other traffic, such as user logins, is impacted.
  • No other Contrast SaaS systems are impacted.


  • The Contrast response team is currently investigating the cause of the disruption.
  • A further update will be provided at 2:00pm UTC.
