Support Bulletin: SSO Login Issues to Contrast SaaS [RESOLVED]

We’re reaching out to inform you of an ongoing issue with logins to via SSO.

Shortly after 10:46am UTC, our platform monitoring began reporting errors on browser logins to the Contrast SaaS system, Issue now resolved around 2:55pm UTC.

Login functionality should now be functioning as expected. Further discussions are now taking place around the contributing factors after which additional measures will be implemented to reduce likelihood of a similar issue occurring in the future.


During the incident:

  • Some users were intermittently seeing 504 errors when attempting to login to the Contrast UI via SSO.
  • Agent traffic was not affected and continued to be collected and actioned as expected. As such there was no data loss.

Next Steps

  • The Contrast incident response team continues work to identify the root cause.
  • No further communication is expected at this time.
