As per our published maintenance schedule, a targeted maintenance window for https://app.contrastsecurity.com was announced.
Maintenance Window
The targeted maintenance window runs from 6:45pm UTC until 10:45pm UTC.
Why is this happening?
Following the incident communicated earlier this week, detailed here, Amazon advised that the MySQL for RDS instance in use by the Contrast SaaS service needs to be upgraded as soon as possible.
Impact
We anticipate no more than 10 minutes of downtime during this window.
