Objective
A misconfigured Contrast Server URL can lead to issues downloading Contrast agents and making necessary connections. This is a quick guide on how/where to check this URL.
Process
On-premises users can check what the Contrast URL is set to by navigating to <contrast_home>/data/conf/general.properties file and looking for the teamserver.url setting. The URL should end with "/Contrast". If this is not the case, please ensure to add this and restart Contrast.
