A misconfigured Contrast/TeamServer URL can lead to issues downloading Contrast agents and making necessary connections. This is a quick guide on how/where to check this URL.
On-premise users can check what the TeamServer URL is set to by navigating to <contrast_home>/data/conf/general.properties file and looking for the TeamServer URL setting. The url should end with "/Contrast". If this is not the case, please ensure to add this and restart Contrast.
Alternatively, users may view and change the TeamServer URL by logging into Contrast as SuperAdmin and navigating to System Settings->General Settings-> TeamServer URL.
