What are the IP addresses or domains for the Contrast SaaS instances?

Inbound Traffic to the Contrast UI

For traffic that is inbound to the Contrast UI (for example all end-user's browser traffic and, for customers signed-up prior to May 2024, agent traffic), the following static IPs are shared across all Contrast SaaS instances and environments:

To ensure access to any SaaS instance, please ensure that all IP addresses in the above list are allowed by any firewall or outbound proxy rules as the IP address to instance mapping can change.  

For customers who signed-up with Contrast from May 2024 onwards, agent traffic is routed to a dedicated agent hostname. The IPs for the dedicated agent hostnames are:
