How are scores, such as custom code scores, library scores and overall scores, updated in the Contrast UI (TeamServer)?
Answer
When an event that affects the score occurs, TeamServer automatically triggers an update event that asynchronously updates the value, so the original update to the score is processed in a couple of seconds/minutes after finishing the original action.
To avoid out-of-sync information, in the case where an event was lost or failed, a background task is run twice a day to update score events.
